New Brighton Lighthouse

Taken at new brighton.

Can someone please help me,on the variant the right hand side of the lighthouse appears to have a blurring effect, what is this and how do you prevent/remove it from your picture ? it is down the side of the lighthouse. thanks in advance for your help......peter

I'm no expert Peter but the blurring you mention seems to be an optical illusion, If you cover the lighthouse and look at the sky there is no blur, it's only when you look at the shot overall that it's noticeable and I would never have noticed it if you hadn't mentioned it.
