First Snow - Presentation Two

By Peterpools
I almost never go back and work with an image a second time in post production but I just felt the first First Snow image was still lacking something. I changed the formate and a square image, toned down the snowy white background and brought up a bit more of the few background colors; a small branch and a few leaves. I'm a bit happier with this presentation. Your comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Peter

Colors are wonderful as are some of the details-- Seems a number of details have been targeted, which has made it hard for the 105mm (excellent choice of lens) to focus on---which one?
Love the bits of whiskers this plant has!

Well re-worked, Peter, I think you have improved the image, though the first was good to start with. Carol

Nicely re-worked Peter. I liked your first image, but this enhances the details of the leaves and the 'ice' diamonds. A wonderful imageSmile
