Allure

By johnnyboy114
Not sure how many more of these I am going to upload, but here is another one, same set up as before. A little disappointed in the response to these, but hey, not fishing for compliments or anything like that....just thought I had hit the head of the nail with these shots. VERY grateful to the people who have commented and voted already on my previous uploads.....its nice to know there are a select few who appreciate these shots and are happy to give honest feedback. Keep doing so, its much, much appreciated. Maybe a couple more after this, then I think this set is done....

Oh and I KNOW its slightly off centre too.....a touch intentional, actually think I haven't gone far enough to be honest.....let me know what you think....might upload a version with a tighter crop if goes against approval

Got to be V1 for the softer light and tones, and what a sensational look she has there, eyes straight into the lens...powerful shot Johnny

verson 1 for defo. I like the use of butterfly light and its a nice a soft light. The fill reflector is bouncing maybe a tad too much light back as her blouse is quite bright. I use a subtle gradient in raw from the bottom up when this happens to me. Other than that a superb portrait.

If its hardly touched then you have a good model and spot on exposure. Good work. I need to get out for more shoots like this just hard finding time. Plus my 7d has been sent off for calibration as the focus is out. Shows up big time using my 70-200 at 2.8

OOH don't say that....I am sure my 7D is due for a service and I have a big wedding soon....lol! And thanks...yeah, I tend to do most of the work in Lightroom (cos its easy) and when I do, its very minimal....usually exposure isn't touched much, maybe a quater stop up or down, depending on light source, the blacks are brought in for a touch of depth and contrast, sharpened a little and thats about it....simply because I have no idea how to properly use PS. I can do minimal stuff, but thats about it....so thank you! Appreciate your nice comments! Now, the 70-200 2.8.....ahhhh one day, I will get one.....dream lens....
