Road to Llewellyn

By pfheyes
Taken on the ridge between Carnedd Daffyd and Carnedd Llewellyn. This is a grab shot where a couple of obliging hikers paused for a few minutes, and the weather obliged by lifting the cloud to allow me to take the shot. Smile

I think this has limited EPZ appeal, but any comments welcome.

Thanks for taking a peek.

Pete

Superb mountain shot. Some people just do not appreciate the effort involved in getting shots like this.

Lovely with the persons included, that gives it the perspective

Couple of nice diagonals in here Pete, the shadow and light plus the ridge carve the image nicely. The climbers are a huge bonus in this frigid scene. Great wrok.

This is right up my street! It has all the right elements (sorry, no pun intended!) and I can almost feel the wind on my face again... "Large" still doesn't do it justice - I'd love to see it in "huge" to really get the sense of how small the hikers are...

And how very obliging of those 2 to stand there for you!

Breathtaking image. I like the lighting angle on the slope on the left, and the ridge disappearing into the cloud.

Actually, I think that this is a superb shot. The people make it work. It deserves more attention.
