Crowning glory or spalsh down?, I look forward to seeing which you think best describes these images.
I havn't had a lot of time to get out in the daylight to take any new shots, so thought last night I would try my hand at indoor macro work, and in particular, capturing water drops.
I have posted three versions here tonight, at various stages of the splash, v1 just as the drop hit's the water and forms the crown, v2 as the colunm of water reaches up from the surface and starts to seperate, and v3 as the seperation comes leaving a drop almost suspended in mid air.
Taken in the spare bedroom, with water dropped into a beer glass, blue card behind to act as a background, flash fired off camera.
Only work in PS was to clear up a few dust spots (hope I got them all) and to gives levels a small boost, then a crop and frame added.
I will be very interested to see your thoughts.
