"Long and Winding Way"

By RonnieAG
Mrs. RonnieAG on the West Highland Way long distance path, with Beinn Achaladair, Beinn an Dothaidh and Beinn Dorain in the background.

I was astonished at the response to Christmas Star: big thanks to Julia {NaruresHaven} for her GEA, and to Mike {mike smith}, Netta {netta1234}, Sue {SUE118}, Alistair {alistairfarrugia},Sylvia {teocali} and Brian {bricurtis} for their User Awards, all of which are so treasured.

Ronnie.

It takes two baby just me and you....

A superbly observed and captured scene, the lead in allowing me to follow the path naturally without hinderance or distraction into the highest rocky crags. Clarity and quality in depth Ronnie.

Regards Nathan
Great view and Mrs. RonnieAG add to the image.

Good saturated colours, foreground FP and lead in line. The snow in the gullies helps bring relief to the front lit hillsides. A very pleaseing combination.
Excellent comp Ronnie with perfect placement of Mrs R good colours and well presented.

Perfect placement of Mrs R, Ronnie, hope you didn't just send her down there for the photo and make her walk back!! The orange is an excellent colour, complementary to the landscape browns, but provides a bright contrast at the same time.

Looks chilly up them thar mountains Ronnie, but Mrs Ronnie must have been hiking hard as she was brave enough to take off her coat. Well captured bit of scenery. Suppose, many people will be doing the West Highland Way again soon - I won't be one of them WinkGrin. Moira

Hi Ronnie I do agree with Carol. Nice place for a walk but one should be careful to have a fall, if unmindful by seeing the enchanting mountain peaks.. Lovely image, very well captured and presented too.. well deserved user award, congratulations
