Snakes-head Fritillary II

By phil_j
We both managed to finish work early today and got another chance to get out to see the Stunning display of Snakehead Fritallaries at North Meadow, Cricklade.
The weather today was a lot kinder to us than yesterday, dry and bright so a better chance to get some shot's.

I have focussed on the white variety for tonight and as with yesterday I have uploaded a portrait and landscape version of the shot for your thoughts, and also a shot showing the meadow in full bloom with St Sampson's Church as a backdrop.
Fingers crossed I have removed all the Easter Dust Bunnies as well!!!

Thank you for looking.

A fritilaria frenzy, what a glorious place. It is definitely V1 for me, Phil, the delicately presented portrait format with the leaves curling up to the corners.

Hi Phil
I love this shot, the portrait version, I like the framing and the blurring round the image. I love flower photography and really like shots that have a painterly feeling to them rather than pure record shots. Excellent
