Kath - My approach is get the birds attending an ordinary feeder and then put "My film set perch" nearby with an OUT OF CAMERA SIGHT plastic bottle top screwed to the back of the perch where I want the bird to be - I place both feeders near my shed where I have a removable window or feed regularly at Forest car parks where birds are used to being fed. using the car with cammo'net over the window as a hide. Camera resting on a bean bag. For bait I use peanut which has been ground in the coffee grinder - it's better than whole nuts and keeps them at the feeder longer. Hope it helps . Phil
