Necklace by mborowick
Nice idea and effect. The fact that the bottom of the pendant has been slightly cropped off is a tad distracting and I would probablt smooth out some of the background but keep the grain which adds to ther mood.
I would experiment with different crops for this as it seems a bit central - maybe a square crop would work.
Overall though I like the style and idea- 2 Oct 2006 2:17PM

Konica MInolta 5D/7D design fault
No problems so far, but it sounds as though there's a widespread belief that most 7Ds will be affected sooner or later. Doug -

Posted on: Sony digital SLRs will be named 'Alpha'
Good news that they are keeping minolta mount etc but we knew that already. Have read the sony site stuff and it is just marketing twaddle at the moment .... "every aspect of "the symbol formerly known as dynax" has been designed to inspire those who love photography and seek to express themselves through imaging" - thats marketing speak for "its a camera". Tells us nothing yet - i will be happy (or sad and jump ship) when I see some camera specs announced.- 24 Apr 2006 4:08PM

LOL Big Bri - I thought the same thing but thought it only applied to Alien. I imagined it would add little aliens popping out of the stomachs of the subjects or something.O can be more amusing being a bit slow sometimes.- 24 Jan 2006 12:25PM

Posted on: Nikon D200 digital SLR
interesting discussion. I am researching changing brands and moving up a nothc or two from my minolta 7D. Wont be for about 5 or 6 months so maybe this is a decent choice plus maybe come down in price a little bit by then or at least be more availble.
Going to search for some reviews on this - if anyone spots any good ones please post.
