A high rise building in the highest capital in the world - La Paz , Bolivia. I made quite a seen taking this as lots of locals stopped and started looking up to see what I was taking a photo of, They couldnt imagine it was just a building so looked for something else. this caused more people to stop and ask them what they where looking at, in typical Bolivian style they wouldnt say that they didnt know and where making things up and pointing. I left as a crowd started to gather happy enough with my pic!
