I am very pleased that you have taken the time to look at my pictures. I suppose there is no continuity to my portfolio as I have no real speciality. I take what I like and hope it appeals to others.
My sense of humour is weird and I like to take a lot of images that tickle me. I also have a passion for playing around with pictures and post many manipulated shots (mostly quite poor) but it keeps me amused.
I am open to any critical comment and so please say what you like....I do not take offence easily. I might hate you for it but will not hold it against you WinkWink

About

I love taking pictures and have recently found more time for it, especially since I joined this site.
Have little technical skill but understand the basics. The cameras I use are a Nikon D5000 with a couple of kit lenses, a Fuji bridge camera and a recently acquired Nikon Coolpix P610 with a whopping 60X optical zoom which I am hoping to put to good use.
My other passions are music, good food and real ale..............and that is all I am going to tell you TongueWink

I like your photos! Trying to be constructive, I observe some of your shots are overworked relating to sharpening and definition. I encountered a similar issue, if that is the same case, trying to correct or increase fine details when shooting on jpeg instead of raw. Details tool acts differently than sharpen and definition but it is disabled for jpeg on Aperture.
