Moonlight Invasion

By phisher
It's dark and the bugs come out to play.
Actually, the bugs are fly fishing flies. I wanted to show how fly fishing flies imitate insects. I also wanted the emphasis on the imitation and not the actual fly.
The fly is a Sheepy Stonefly, designed to imitate a stonefly nymph.
I'm probably talking to myself on this one but I liked the way it came out.
Keep smiling.
Phil

Must admit seeing all those 'insects' on the Amerylis made my skin crawl!! Makes for an interesting image though - especially including the shadow.

Good to see something different, well thought out and well presented. Fooled me.
