I like it. Nice idea. You could pay serious money for a canvas like this!

I like this image. A question springs to mind though - are you using a MAC by any chance? Because if you are, a MAC G4 (for example) already has a very handy "camera tool" which can capture, in excellent detail, a split second of any "visualisations" which are running. A friend of mine showed me some images he had caught using this tool, and they really do look amazing!

Unfortunately I do not think PC's have such a feature to "capture" screensaver images.

However, I think this is a very effective abstract, and you have done well to photograph it. It does contain all the hallmarks of these visualisation screensavers, especially the sweeping and colourful patterns made by the curves. I presume you also had to make some modifications to the image to produce this eye catching result. I like the mixture of colours and shapes. I am not so sure about the white border though. I feel this abstract would have far more impact if the background was completely black. That's just my personal opinion though and takes nothing away from this exciting image.

I think this is a good quality abstract which shows imaginative thinking on your part. If you had created it yourself from a blank page, it would be even more impressive though. Still, I like it.

Thankyou all very much for your comments Smile

KJ I do have software that can capture an image displayed on my pc screen, but it would not give the effect I was looking for, Which is why I used long exposure. I did actually try creating this image with a black background, but I found the one above worked better. Thanks for your input.

Richard.
