Hi, Bryan, and welcome to hte Critique Gallery. You've been a site member for a long time, so I imagine you know what we do here.

We do it better, though, if you give us full EXIF data, and tell us something about what you wanted, and whether you're happy that you achieved it - is there anything in the image that dissatisfies you?

Without that, what we can say is limited.

This is, essentially, a record shot: all about the words and the style of the sign. That makes the big bright area at the top of the frame distracting - it would have been better if you could have moved around to get a dark background which didn't intrude.

I'm guessing that you converted to black and white to give an old-fashioned look? Sepia might be even better, I think. I'll try a modification, toning, and cropping out the bright area...

Welcome from me too.

One of the first things that struck me was that bright area at the top, which means it's a big distraction. Either crop closer, as john heas done in the mod, or go wider and make the sign part of the scene - that is, if the wider scene is appropriate. That goes for a lot of sign images.

Monochrome does simplify things here, though I do wonder what this was like in colour (you can upload this a Modification. Colour sometimes doesn't have as strong an impact.
It would be nice to hear why you chose mono, and which conversion method you used (it looks fine though others looking at this would find that information helpful.
