At Elie Harbour On A Stygian February Day

By photowanderer
Don't want to insult the art of black and white photography, but I've been driven to it because of the rarity of suitable days for colour. This day started bright and sunny. The cloud predicted by the forecasters arrived at exactly 10am. The sun managed to find holes in the cloud to radiate through and this inspired me to experiment with shooting directly into the sun using a neutral density filter. On closer inspection, the tiny figures on the beach appear to be occupied with some unorthodox form of golf.
