Rocks and Ruins

By photowanderer
This photo was taken at low tide on a rocky stretch of the southeast coastline of Fife in Scotland(East Neuk of Fife). With its rocks and ruins and even a windmill at St. Monans, this area ranges photogenically from the picturesque to the almost surreal.
On the horizon, left to right: cottage, ruins of Newark Castle, spire of Parish Church,Doocot or Dovecote (provided food supply for castle),St. Monans in distance.
