end of the road

Taken near my niece's grave in Christchurch in the South Island. Was with my family so only had time to quickly take a snapshot as we were leaving.
Noticed the broken painted ceramic momentos around the gravesite, including this one lying on its face. Some of the writing on the tombstone seemed to be fitting.
