Well it is a little soft - I think your camera has locked on to the wood that it's standing on. Try moving the focus point to the eyes, locking it there and re-composing, that should do the trick. Even so this is good shot of the lookout at his station. Well done.

I didnt realise you are a new junior member - this is very well done all things considered I thought foolishly you were fully fledged thats will tell you how good it is apart from being sharp and Alan has mentioned why this might be - well done
