Certainly 'compact and bijou', a most desirable residence, open planned throughout, large open balcony, fully air conditioned, and such a gorgeous sea view. Only 75 Euro.

This will do very nicely for our Mick, epzer "Mikbee", he can sit and relax on that sofa with a cold beer and there is plenty of rust for him to view! lol
