Wet Day Project

By Ploughman
Wet Sundays are bad news for me. So, today I decided to use the time on a photo project.
The original was take a day or two ago.
Please make comments good or bad, it`s all part of the magic of photography.

Strange but effective. I like it.

Thank you Mary,
the thing is that I doubt if I could repeat the pp. It has been one of those days where inspiration is sort of, well, missing. i downloaded the image and started to doodle.

It could make an interesting print, but not for everyone. It has a sort of, but not quite infra red appearance to the trees, but theres not really enough in it, especially a focal point to hold interest. Its the colours that may have an attraction for some as a print.

Thank you Willie, I`m not sure now whether I like it or not. Certainly it needs a focal point and the colour is a bit hit and miss.

What I do like is that it is different and you have had a go. For about 15 years I presented a lecture for the PAGB called 'A Different Approach'. The idea was to try and get people to try and be a bit different. To try and get away from Swans and sunsets.

You have really done that. Difficult to assess this small but would stop people on an exhibition wall. Could I live with it on my wall?

Probably not.

Ha, thanks Paul. Every day I have another look and one day I like it, the next I don`t. The big thing is that it kept me happy for at least half a day doing it and since then its love/hate on a fifty - fifty basis.
