This caught my eye in the gallery, I've had a little obsession with trees recently and have to say I really like the composition and colours. Hope you don't mind me offering my opinion but I feel you could have reduced your ISO to 100 and introduced some blurring of the branches and leaves to enhance the windy effect.

Ian, thanks for having a look and your opinion is very welcome.
There are two schools of thought on the question of shutter speed in regard to random moving subjects. Take waterfalls as an example, some people like the cotton wool effect of a slow shutter speed and some like a faster shutter speed to freeze the movement. I personally like the faster shutter speed. It is sort of opposite to the movement of a mechanical subject that definitely benefits from a slower shutter speed, ie the rotating propeller on an aircraft. (nothing looks worse than a flying aircraft with a static prop.) In this case I personally like the slower shutter speed.
Of course, at the end of the day it is down to personal choice, there is no `correct` way for anything in photography.

richard, i agree with you and I particularly like the motion here, it resembles the wave you often see in a japanese painting. the colour contrast is very good, too.
I don't understand the obsession with blur and low shutter speeds.
the only thing I don't like is the wagon roof top, I might havre lost that, especially as it shows a lot of CA
