I have enjoyed taking snaps for many years and have an eclectic taste from photo journalism, through experimental to macro. Having retired and recently moved to the sticks, subject matter has changed. Instead of running around the city searching for a snap I have become a birdwatcher! Yes, quite a change. A few months ago, I didn’t know the difference between a Brambling and a Chaffinch. However that has now changed. Certainly during the winter months, birds will be the main subject matter until the warmer weather comes and I venture further afield.
