Well this one seems brighter Don. Sorry to hear you're still having problems, I've given up on my landscapes just now because I can't seem to get the detail out on here, we're a right pair eh! Hope you had a lovely weekend.

Hello Don, It is hard pleasing everyones monitor settings...I see it as a fine atmospheric shot with good cloud formation allowing a good balance of light and shadow on this beautiful scene.

Much too light! (Only joking Don!!).
Large version definitely worth a peep.
Fine pic but the titling is a bit awry (I think?). "Assynt Hills from Cul Mor" seems to have gained an 's' and an 'l'?
Good stuff Don.

This is a spectacular view. Are you using ND grads. The ground looks good now but the clouds look a little too bright in places. Don't give up. I get nailed every day about something in my pics. And it really helps the next time I'm out.

This is a very impressive shot Don, what I think it needs is a shot of "tone mapping" I just "borrowed" your large one, just to see ( hope you don't mind?) and put it through Photomatix, the result is quite breathtaking, it brings out the swathes of light so well.
Cheers...Leo
