Another shot from my trip to Ogwen last week. A visit with its mishaps, never to be repeated. I dropped my filter holder and ND filter down through the rocks where it disappeared out of sight to remain in Ogwen until the end of time. Secondly, I managed to lock myself out of the car !!

Nant Bochlwyd runs the short distance down from Llyn Bochlwyd, then under the A5 and straight into Llyn Ogwen.

Thanks for all C&C's on my last upload.

At least you came away with a fine image. We've all had similar mishaps I'm sure. I can list: the top of my tripod shearing off in 2009 from metal fatigue! Leaving a 30D with the battery in during heavy rain (it was in a rucksack) so that the circuitry fried. Snapping the leg of my CF tripod by unwittingly snagging it between two rocks in a river. Witnessing my favourite hat blow over the side of Pen Y Fan (yes I did go down to get it back) Slipping at the foot of Snowdon and damaging my 16-35F2.8Lii pride and joy Sad I should add that I'm not particularly accident prone but when you're out and about frequently, stuff happens Smile

At least you didn't corrupt your memory card, or forget to put your battery in the camera - that really would have been a bad day!!!

This stream of water reminds me of Logan Pass, Glacier National Park in Montana.
Wonderful landscape.
