I like both of these equally, Marian. Very nice tones in the B&W, and lovely strong colour in V1. I particularly like the texture of the sand, and the way it contrasts with the smooth surfaces of the leaves.

Thanks Alan. Love it when I achieve my goal, in this case was exactly the contrast between the two surfaces. Plus, the straight lines vs that odd circle...A friend said he sees a face in the sand...mwahahahaha.

Good to see the sharp focus includes the sand, Marian.
Yes, I can see a face, too.
Looks like an alien.
One of your more colourful images.

The colours and textures, forms and shapes your have captured seem to come alive in this wonderfully intense colour variant, whilst the monochrome seems to bring everything back down to earth Marian.

Look like red hot knife blades in a forge, Marian. Excellent diagonals on the rise to the right.

I could've named it "Blades"...I will save the name for another one, thanks Malc!

See, I actually didn't think (not consciously at least) about the direction of the diagonals. I did notice that all the other pictures have the diagonals down, and this one is the exception.

Don't die just yet Nezih, I must see more of those wonderful mountains you have over there in beautiful Turkey.

Now we know not only that "they are out there" but clearly they are in Margarita Island. Those aliens have great taste! WinkGrin
Cheers Peter!
