Desolation

By Potra
Thank you Kurt, Peter and Ron for the UAs, I feel humble and am very grateful for your preference.

Moira, the government is sending its armed militias called "People's Guard" and women are the ones that hit women after men subdue them. The ruthlessness they are displaying is sick.

This is a wonderful video with incidental music composed by one of the best pianists in the world, Gabriela Montero. You need to understand that robberies, kidnappings and murders are state sponsored.

Thanks so much, I will be always grateful if only you mention my country to another person, so the word will get out.

A very sad sight, Marian, my heart goes out to you during these terrible times for you all. Such a different Venezuela now to the one I saw in 1977/78. Carol

So bleak.
What you are doing, with your camera, is something important.

So the world cares (looked at the video) and curious that the book title here is WORLD
but what about your own leaders? How do you oust corrupted politicians?
Marian all we can do is hope but that doesn't seem very much.

So much for female solidarity.
The title of the book he is carrying is so poignant. This is our world.

Sad.
What a great moment captured, Marian. The look down the street says it all.

Peter
Marian, the video link that you posted yesterday, images, woods, and music. About the murders in Venezuela is powerful.

Thank you.

The book's title was the bonus of this shot. I was so lucky. No solidarity here, at all.

I wish I had an answer for that question, we are trying to do it without killing anyone.

There will be more blood, I am afraid. We are battling the direct descent of the Stalinist repression: The Cuban elite troops.

Quote:Desolation, the result of corruption. Great shot, Marian.

Corruption was the main concern of my dear Turkish friends during my Graduate School days.
Our countries have so much in common, just don't let it fall in the hands of the military, Nezih. Learn from our mistakes.

War is a horrible thing, but a civil war is even more so. There are no rules of engagement, anybody can be a target.

Thanks Carmen for these news, we need the support of the American people. They are always on the side of democracy and freedom. I will always be grateful for having lived there for 13 years and miss it much. Sad
Thank you all, Alan, Peter, Cliff, Ron, Vikram, Carol, Jennn, Nathan, Peter, and Keith. You are awesome.
