VERY interesting point of view -- seeing the city through the haze of the old glass and at the same time seeing the rubble in clear view in the foreground. Nicely done.

I find this very evocative... full of urban melancholia and discarded history... more than just an image.

Thanks gentlemen for your comments. Bernard you are right, inadvertently I have started to document the destruction of this country after 15 years of military rule. Unfortunately the destruction of values and institutions cannot be photographed.
I will keep fighting to protect my happiness, pictures are my shield.

Some great texture in this interesting image!
Marian, the politics of this image are powerful.....the shards in the interior, decay, framing the shantytown........A sad comment on part of life you are witnessing. A powerful photo.

Wonderful reportage and a fine picture.

Would be good to see more detail (in another upload) of the shanty town.

I can add nothing to what's already been said. This is very powerful, and steeped in sadness.

Take care, Marian

How perfectly expressed.
A through the window view with the inclusion of that rubble - very well conceived idea.
