Torrid

By Potra
Nathan (NDODS), I posted this for you.
Thanks to all the people that looked, voted and/or commented on the "Sunday Brunch" picture.
Thanks so much to Walter Gajewski for his precious User Award for that image. It gives me much pleasure when you enjoy one of my pictures because I put my heart (and full consciousness) on it.
Thanks for all the support and criticism, this has been a great experience so far...

As usual, I haven't a clue what Marian is up to but that is a very pleasing image so I'll just sit back and enjoy.

Hi! If you thought that I am capable of making such a flower arrangement, let me dispel all doubts:
I am not!SmileSmile
This is a picture I took last Sunday morning at a street stand. The gentleman that makes them is very kind and was quite flattered by my taking pictures of his work.

A bit too much green in V2, for me, but V1 is absolutely gorgeous. Hot-blooded.

Red, green and yellow, all with a hint of blue/purple lurking in the background.
Big, bold and brassy in your face. Love it!

FYI, the green ones are painted with food colouring. I just figured out it is kind of a new fad in Caracas. They actually are common daisies. Smile

You are very welcome, Marian. This is another shot with wonderful saturated colors -- another creative frame filler.
