Light in the afternoon

By pperilla
This is one of those shots I love and I don't know why. I am pretty sure is plenty of basic mistakes. The thing is I love the light was illuminating Camilas face and her expression. However, I want comments..I do not want my hart being the one who keeps this shot. Please comments are very welcome.

Very nice portrait. I think its good as it is but try a tighter crop to cut out more of the white shirt.

great shot and depth of field. Nice classic feel. Might look good in black and white.

Pablo - I think this is a lovely shot. Placing Camilla to the left of the frame has worked very well. The strong side lighting is also very nice and you have retained a slight 'highlight' in her eye on the shadow side of her face. The only thing I would suggest for improving it, would be to clone out the door knob on the right as it is a bit distracting.
But other than that, an excellent photograph. John

It is absolutely beautiful. I disagree about the door knob. It adds interest to me. Very nice.

Even though I understand you loving this shot from your 'heart', it's also a very good shot, beautiful crop, light, tones... a good one.
