Super water movement and the rock formations lend themselves well to the pano format. The video is very interesting thanks, there's so much more colour in the water and sky than on the video, was your final image shot late in the day?

Hi almiles, this shot was taken over several hours into the late afternoon and comprises 5 24MP images (mostly for increased resolution due to slight camera shake in gusting conditions). Each exposure was 3 secs long on the average and is a project rather than just one exposure. I use filters in field as much as possible including CPL and NDs to help slow the light and burn color. I do have to point out that colored filters don't "color" the light, but actually limit other colors of light except the one you want. In this case, the over cast blue color is emphasized. I still had to color balance and local color correct in post processing. Come to think of it, it's not the " world with rose tinted glasses", the rose was there all along Smile. Cheers!
