This is a friend of mine who wanted a shot for her portfolio. It was taken using offcamera flash with a softbox to the back of her.
Should add it was taken with her leaning forward and then standing up quickly to flick her hair back, it took about 4 goes but we were happy with this shot as her eyes are open and her face is sharp.

Shot at f5.6 for 1/200 sec
