    Photographing the moon and lighting the scene is difficult, whilst you have exposed for the scene the moon is way over exposed. In fact it is burnt out and that part of the shot has no detail left in it,

    In my modification I have burnt in some of the missing cloud to illustrate the difference of a reduced exposure,
    A time of 10 seconds is way too long, to expose the moon correctly would require an exposure of 0.125 s.
    I would suggest you try a range of times in order to reach the best compromise.

    I love the composition and the way the picture reveals itself as they eye becomes accustomed to the initial gloom. The two colour tones of amber and blue add a magic to the scene, wonderful.
