Today I was rewarded in pursuance of one of my passions, no I was not named as real ale drinker supreme or photographer of the minute despite my dedicated efforts.
I was awarded this,

I was given given this memento for my part in the spectacular win, along with my good friend John, in the men's doubles competition in the 2013/14 short mat bowls competition at our local club. An engraved, sculptured glass which may one day contain another of my passions, a certain Scots liquid.
