One of the nicest things about the improvement in the weather is that we all emerge from our cosy homes. I saw two of my neighbours today, one on my way to take a photo of a local road sign, the other when I paid him a visit.

Now you are probably wondering why I took a shot of the road sign, the answer is that I needed a picture representing Old in my Alphabet Soup challenge.

I went to visit my neighbour to take a shot of his tool shed for the Weekly black and white challenge. He is usually very tidy and I expected to find tools lined up in size and in logical groups.

On the way home I took this shot of a polyanthus in a tub in my front garden, it has struggled to flower all through the winter and at last it is proudly showing these blooms.

We all like the warm weather and what it brings.

That shed reminds me of me.
