DAY 131,

11 May 2013 11:46PM   Views : 508 Unique : 444

I took the camera for a drive today, with the memory card installed, but could not get any inspiration from the Essex countryside. I suppose I was looking for something unusual but it seems that everything has been tidied up, buildings repainted, barns converted. I even went for a look around a woodland burial site but found that rather depressing and gloomy, partly due to the weather I guess, even the visitors looked like lost souls or extras on some bizarre film set.

After that the rain arrived in heavy showers so I slunk indoors and wondered yet again what I could take for today's shot. The answer came from heaven, or the heavens to be precise, in the form of a very heavy shower followed immediately by a powerful beam of sunlight on my window.
