DAY 184, IN RETREAT

4 Jul 2013 12:58AM   Views : 563 Unique : 289

Today was an excellent day, I had coffee and a light lunch with a delightful lady, bought myself two new wool sweaters and then went looking for some shots for this blog. This evening I met up with my friends Andy and Bob for our monthly visit to the Essex Audio Visual group meeting.

For the shots I ended up in Epping Forest near north Chingford at a tea rooms called Butlers Retreat,

One of a number of Retreats dating from the Victorian era when affluent Londoners would visit the forest to picnic at weekends.

I thought it was an upmarket garden shed, for a momentGrin
Nicely taken photos. I liked the grasses.
