Earlier this year we visited Italy and went on a day trip to Lake Garda. Part of that trip was a stop of at Limone Sul Garda, a town that nestles under the mountains on the western side of the lake.

We travelled by water taxi with time to take in the view of the town from the lake

and landed at the small harbour.

The town is a maze of narrow streets lined with houses and shops

WE just about had time for a quick look round and time to get lunch in a small retuarant before it was back to the harbour for the waiting water taxi
