Jasper National Park, AB, Canada

By RamblerPhotography
I am so lucky!.....Last summer, after Yoho Park photo-session, I arrive at Banff National Park, and install all my set-up for starting the entire park in photo, but Mother Nature does not want me to do it and kick me out of the park escorte by the firefighter, fighting the hudge Summer 2104 Banff forest fire. Their was so much smoke in the air that I was not able to take any picture, so I heads up to Jasper, and start at the Columbia Icefield.

The secenery all way long the river until the glacier is absolutly a paradise for photographer. Because the high elevation of this site, nearby the forest line, the vision on the mountains is grandiose at the point that the Andromeda mountain could not frame into my 16-35 mm Wide Angle lens, restricting me to cut on the sky for a better ground, and wonderful ground you will found at this place.

Tips of the day:

If you wants to do a silky water flow with your camera, you have to be on site before the sun comes up with a tripod, your camera on TV (time value) setting, and reach a minimum of 1/4 second to 2 second. Your focus have to be at F16 to F22. By adjusting the exposure, you will found the right setting for each photo, had ligh for a faster shot or darkning the frame for a longer exposure.

Have a nice day, and open your eye, their is always something nice to shot with your camera!
