golden arrow,city of wells

pictured at ramsbottom east lancs railway,it was built in1949 for southern railway
it was withdrawn in1964 but brought back in 1971 for charter all over the country,
it was withdrawn again in1989 to begin a 25 year restoration.finally brought back in august 2014,thanks for looking,ray
