Greenfinch on a Fir branch

Greetings all and Happy new year.

Thank you for all the Awards, comments and votes for my last upload "The only way is up" They are all much appreciated.
Today another image taken at my allotment. A male Greenfinch.
These birds have struggled with disease over the last few years and numbers have declined so its great to see them returning looking really fit and healthy.
