Rocky Cove

Porth Llawenan, Llyn peninsula.

Taken Tuesday night. One of the most difficult venues on Llyn to reach, nearly a mile from the main road, three fences to climb over and four muddy fields to stomp through. That’s without mentioning the steep and slippery cliff. No wonder that I’ve hardly ever seen a soul there.

F18, 10 sec, Lens @ 17 mm, ISO 100, ND grad filter, 4:35pm.

Well worth the walk I must say. I bet this looks awesome blown up very large.

Well worth the difficult trip. Such a tranquility here, with utterly breathtaking colour and light.

Stunning colours, I like the lighting on the rocks, and I also like the placement of the rocks further out in the sean - water looks fab aswell

Nice to see beaches which have not been spoilt by exploitation or sea wall defences. This is a place of real beauty and you have captured it to perfection Tony, well done once again.
