Inn Sign

By rhol2
This unusual sign near Todmorden in Yorkshire caught my eye. I noticed it has the white and red roses cohabiting! Perhaps it's because boundary changes have led to differences of opinion as to whether Tod is really in Lancashire or Yorkshire.

Thanks Phil, I always considered Tod to be in Yorks.when I lived there in the early '80s. Apparently the historic boundary between the two counties used to run through the middle of the town, literally because it's Walsden water.
