  • Fountains Abbey by night.

whatriveristhis. No idea why the NT have put such lighting in the Abbey. No it wasn't a "Christmassy" thing, and yes the EXIF is correct. From what I remember the abbey was open until 6.45. I have to say that whilst constructive comments are welcome your personal opinion means nothing and isn't particularly welcome.
Maybe if you think it is "a bit silly" you should be taking it up with the National Trust. Perhaps they would be more receptive of your comments.

Thank you to the members who have taken the time to look at the image and to vote. This is more what this site is about and not a medium for egotists.

Thanks for your comments, Bubblefaery. Every now and then a good photo appears on my computer when I stick in the CF card!

Great capture of a typical Greek scene. Extremely interesting point of view. I think you've captured the very essence of Greece. Lovely photo, Kate

  • Lost in translation..

Brilliant black and white study. I found the photo really thought provoking. Totally left to one's imagination what is actually happening, or has happened. Love it!

The moody look on your model's face is great and you have caught it perfectly. You have many great photos but this I think is my favourite. It appears so simple yet there could be many levels to what's going on and to what she is thinking. Love it
