Another photo taken at Toddington Station near Cheltenham.
This is taken through the window of a small shack at the side of the platform and is cramped full of lots of memorabilia.

All comments, criticism and modifications most welcome.

I like the image and framing, but would suggest you crop as in the mod first, and then use the frame. I find the off kilter window frame running across the whole image distracting.

Hi Rick,

Worked well hasn't it ? !

I was about to suggest a crop from the top but I see Willie's beaten me to it. Apart from that, I'd leave it alone.

What impresses me Rick, is the DoF you've achieved.
The entire vehicle cab ~ all of the way through the inside and the outside, and the GWR motif ~ is crystal. Everything else is nice and soft.
Very clever.
I agree that cropping the top set of horizontal glazing bars out a la mod is the way to go.
And like the train entering the station, the period style works particularly well.

For me, I would have tried to remove the three straggly weeds at the bottom, to the lefty of the small bush. Otherwise .... Smile

A great idea well executed-- the crop question already addressed --Or try to notice while shooting---if possible! Toning is excellent!

A nice image. The sepia is a bit yellowish for me. Sepia becomes quite personal and I prefer the nearer brown hint of sepia than the more yellow end of the range.

I once more find it interesting that a good shot gets loads of comment in the critique section. Those that really do need some comment get very little.

Willie I think your mod is great and totally agree Smile
I do understand what you mean Paul about the comments but I also really look forward to reading each and every comment and get quite excited when I have quiet a few to read. I have Learnt a great deal in the past year and its mainly down to advise from this site.

I have tried to address all ideas and uploaded a modification, although looking at it once uploaded seems more red than viewing it before upload.

Thank you all for your time.
