Award Shortlist

Leaping the gap

By Richsr
Thanks for all your comments on my last upload everyone and Pete for the EC, and Funkeldink for the GEA. Marliyn Sandy and Derek for their User Awards all very much appreciated.

Had a trip to the Tough guy event yesterday in the company of TonyD3, Cole and Phil Morgan.
A shot from the area known as the Killing fields part of the assault course, which includes fire, ditches filled with water and mud too.
Perhaps should have called this leap of faith what do you think?

Thanks for looking
Regards Richard

For once the subject being dead-centre works, Rich. If it wasn't for the competitor 'numberplate' you could almost imagine he was running to escape from a horrific crash or explosion.
Don't think you could have timed this any better.

Leap of Faith would have been a great title but it's gone now, hey ho. Great action image and a fine change from the studio and beautiful women, I have to say that you do women very well indeed Richard. For me you are the modern day Mr Kipling of naked women, you do exceedingly good nudes.

Superbly caught and timed, great action shot. I just wonder - where's the fun factor in these competitions??? Or why do people do this? I'm quite happy I don't have to encounter such adversities like fire, water, mud, cold - and all at the same time!
