I do not think there is a rule that says "do not upload images in your blog, if that was the case, the site would not offer the option to upload images at all in the blog.
What is expected from a blog is a text too with your thoughts as a writer of the blog post. But your images here do not get to be voted or awarded.
As I see at these two pictures of the same place you have used two different shooting locations in a way that makes good use of the elliptical pattern of thd fiuntain. I like the top one for the reflection of the light onto the water surface and I think the better one is second one which is sharper. Both have their charm, both are appealing to me.

THANKS, PABLO, I agree, with you, we can post text and pictures. I thought it was funny to post 2 different pictures from the same fountain in different years, I also like both of them, the one on the top has some effects I use a program called show photo because my sistem is Linux
