Dark Hedges

By RipleyExile
During a week in Ireland it was mostly dull and rainy. When I paid Dark Hedges a visit though the sun came out and increased the contrast. Exactly the opposite of what I needed. It was mid afternoon and there was a strong side light so not exactly the dark gloomy look I was after. Anyway, tried to make the best of it.

1/16 sec
-1.0 exp. comp.
tripod and remote release used + poloriser
Some post production dodging and burning with added noise.

Please let me know what you think, good or bad.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks all.

I thought it was time to come out of hiding Malcolm, for now at least anyway.
