if you click on the downloading and installing option and this doesn't solve your problem, then follow the Contact us route and opt for Live help. You will get a call from an Adobe bod who will sort it all for you. Thank you for that. Ray

Thanks everybody for your help. I have tried downloading the trial Elements but you don't get the option of cancelling & putting your serial no... in anywhere . The trouble is when my computer crashed I lost all software downloads but kept all my files thank god, If it was a CD. there wouldn't be a problem but because the download is from the internet it has caused so many problems I have also tried the "Adobe community" with no joy. Isn't it annoying that you pay for a product & there is nobody in "Adobe" you contact to solve this fairly easy problem .

Can anybody help before I go mad... . I am trying to redownload my Elements 13 onto my computer after it crashed the other day I have successfully downloaded all other software with no problems but when it comes to the above I seem to be going round in circles . I have the serial no.... Password... but where do I go to download other than "new or trial " offers? I would be grateful any suggestions. Ray

If you have already got the 70-200 mm f2.8 III which is one of the best lens around then go for the 2xIII extender great combination. I have done just that recently sold my 120-400 Sigma & purchased the 2xIII & I find the quality on this combination far better, it takes you to f 5.6 which was the same as the sigma at 400 mm & the same as the Canon 100-400mm. unless you have a lot of money that would be my advice.

I have a Manfrotto 055 which is a great tripod, but to heavy for travelling so I bought a Velbon Ultra Rexi L - It's light to carry very compact & sturdy I have used my Canon 7 D +70/300 lens no problem & once you have got use to the twist & lock system after a couple of blisters on the hands you are up & running. Best of luck & a Happy New Year. Ray
