Really, to know or offer an opinion I think we would probably need to see the original image, you can upload it as a modification.
I'm not sure about the plausibility, tbh, it does look a little contrived and I think that is because of the light you have created behind her. I can see why you have done that but it looks odd to me as I can't see a source for that light and the slight suggestion of a shadow behind her is telling me the light is coming from the front. I don't think the lamp to the left looks strong enough to give that much light.
I do however like the idea.

It;s well done and does look plausible, though I'd excpect to see the pool of light from the closest lamp to be more over the girl because of its popsition.

I like the concept, Ronald. I remember accepting a challenge to turn day into night, and it's not easy.
My first thought was that the girl should have some light falling upon her head, and possibly also on her knees. One of the lamps looks to be almost directly above her. So, she would also need a bit of a shadow on the ground.
The rest looks fine to me, well done.

Yes, its quite well done.
What doesnt work well for me is that the green of that pepper? shes eating is almost fluorescent, so I reduced saturation there a little, and also brightened her face.

This looks pretty good, though as Pamela says, detailed scrutiny shows up some tells that it's not 'real' - but if people don't know, most won't spot them.
Potentially a vote-winner if you repost the same image in the main gallery.
