Toton Open Day

The 9th of June was a red letter day for trainspotters in 1979 as it was the day when Toton, one of the largest depots in the country, opened it's doors to the general public.
In this shot we see No. 44008 "Penyghent" which was giving cab rides up and down the sidings.
